Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U BPEM Exception Management Functional SME with strong experience in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP IS-U and hands-on experience with BPEM exception management, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process exceptions and clarification cases.
Responsibilities
Serve as a functional SME for SAP IS-U BPEM and Exception Management.
Configure, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve BPEM cases and business process exceptions.
Work with clarification cases and related exception-management processes.
Support SAP IS-U business processes including billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.
Gather and translate utility business requirements into effective SAP IS-U solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
Support testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Provide functional guidance and recommendations for complex SAP IS-U issues.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP IS-U.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U BPEM / Business Process Exception Management.
Strong understanding of exception management and clarification cases.
Experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
Knowledge of IS-U Device Management and Customer Service processes.
Strong utilities industry experience.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a functional SME capacity.
Work Authorization
US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.
W2 employment required.
Candidates must be willing to travel to Boston, MA as required.
Client will cover approved travel expenses.
