Pay Rate – W2

  • SE2 – $40/hr: 4–7 years of experience

  • SE3 – $55/hr: 7–10 years of experience

  • SE4 – $70/hr: 10+ years of experience with recent Lead-level experience

Position Overview

We are seeking Full Stack Java Developers to support the development of a new greenfield Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application focused on modernization, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The selected engineers will contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java, React, APIs, and modern software engineering practices. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications and services.

  • Build and enhance APIs, microservices, workflows, and user interfaces.

  • Develop solutions using Java, React, and modern web technologies.

  • Integrate applications with enterprise risk, compliance, reporting, and workflow platforms.

  • Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD activities.

  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
