Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong expertise in CAMIO/Calypso, Hexagon/PC-DMIS, and aerospace metrology. The candidate will be responsible for CMM programming, dimensional inspection of complex aerospace components, and supporting FAI and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using CAMIO/Calypso.
- Perform dimensional inspection of complex aerospace components.
- Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models.
- Support FAI/AS9102 inspections and generate inspection reports.
- Validate CMM programs through correlation and repeatability checks.
- Troubleshoot measurement, fixturing, and programming issues.
- Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing teams on dimensional issues.
- Maintain CMM programs and inspection documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of CMM programming experience.
- CMM Programming – Mandatory.
- Strong CAMIO / Calypso experience.
- Experience with Hexagon / PC-DMIS.
- Hands-on CMM inspection experience.
- Strong GD&T and blueprint-reading skills.
- Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of AS9100 / AS9102.
- Experience working with tight-tolerance components and dimensional inspection.
- US Citizen only.
Preferred location radius: Midland, GA + 50 miles.
