Oklahoma City, OK | Hybrid | 12-Month Contract
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a Transformation Management Office with business process analysis, process improvement, strategic initiatives, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and root causes.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business requirements, reports, and recommendations.
Support strategic and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
Develop project plans, milestones, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
Conduct feasibility, risk, and optimization analysis.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
Support change management, implementation, and process sustainment.
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

MBA/MHA or related master's degree
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Oklahoma City, OK
Candidates must be available to work 3–4 days per week onsite at the Oklahoma City Central office.
Interview: One round, in-person, up to 60 minutes.
