Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Windchill ACD Architect with strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting PTC Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD) in production environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Windchill, ACD, Arbortext Publishing Engine, XML/SGML, applicability, and service information architecture.
This is a hands-on architecture role requiring the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and define the complete APE → TAL → ACD architecture and deployment path.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT/engineering experience
- Strong hands-on PTC Windchill Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD) production implementation experience
- ACD collections, segments, contexts, and applicability engine
- TAL (Transform-Aggregate-Load) pipeline between APE and ACD
- ACD REST APIs and authentication
- Serial number, variant, effectivity, and configuration-based filtering
- ACD installation, configuration, integration testing, and production deployment
- Arbortext Publishing Engine (APE)
- Publishing rules
- Workers
- XML bundle troubleshooting
- Windchill SIM/SPII
- Information Structures
- Publication Structures
- Applicability
- Windchill PDMLink/SIM – 5+ years
- Strong XML/SGML and custom DTD experience
- Candidates with only DITA experience will not be considered

- Illustrated Parts Lists (IPL)
- Service procedures
- Creo Illustrate
- Manufacturing, aerospace, heavy equipment, oil & gas, or industrial domain experience
- Experience with PTC Professional Services, ITC Infotech, Tata Technologies, Razorleaf, or similar systems integrators
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work primarily in PST
- Must be available for approximately 1 week/month travel to Southern California
- Must be authorized to work in the US as US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must be comfortable working on W2
