We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in product testing, validation, qualification, and reliability testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EVT/DVT, product qualification, vibration and thermal testing, lifecycle testing, and SEMI standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product testing, validation, and qualification for mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Support EVT (Engineering Validation Testing) and DVT (Design Validation Testing) activities.
- Develop and execute reliability and qualification test plans.
- Conduct vibration, thermal, and lifecycle testing.
- Analyze test results, identify failures, and support root-cause investigations.
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve mechanical and reliability issues.
- Document test procedures, results, failures, and corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet applicable SEMI standards and testing requirements.
- Support product development from prototype through qualification and production readiness.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant Mechanical Engineering / Product Testing / Validation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with EVT/DVT and product qualification testing.
- Experience with reliability, vibration, thermal, and lifecycle testing.
- Experience working with mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of SEMI standards preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA.
- Any visa status accepted.
Compensation
$75,000–$77,000 annually
